Buddy Hucks
Buddy Hucks is the President of EF Hucks and Associates and EF Hucks Consulting, LLC. Buddy has almost 35 years of commercial and residential real estate appraisal experience.
James McNeill
Jim McNeill is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI and SRA designations. He has had a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University. He holds appraisal licenses in both North and South Carolina, and has been a property appraiser for over 35 years.
Edward Kelley
Edward Kelley is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in Business Administration. He has been active in real estate sales and appraisals since 1976.
Craig Sturgill
Craig Sturgill has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1986. He is a state certified general appraiser in South Carolina and North Carolina. He graduated with honors, having attended Lorain Community College and Kent State University.

David Curry is a commercial real estate appraiser/broker/consultant/investor with over 20 years of experience appraising in Horry and Georgetown Counties.

Amit Patel
Amit Patel is a Certified General Appraiser and has a BS degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of South Carolina. He is a Candidate for Designation of the Appraisal Institute.
Scott Cloer
Scott Cloer is a Certified General Appraiser and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College. He has been an appraiser since 2007.
Joel Vaught
Joel is a researcher and data analyst assisting the appraisal and consulting teams. Joel has an Associates Degree from Eagle Summit, a Bible College accredited by Hillsong University in Australia and is on staff at Crossroads Community Church in Conway, SC.
Brian Killeen
Brian Killen is a Certified General Appraiser and has a Bachelor of Arts, Journalism, and Marketing degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Brian has been an appraiser since 2005.
Rob Cenci
Rob Cenci is a Licensed Residential Real Estate appraiser who started his professional career in banking after studying Business Management at Ohio University. He became a Licensed Residential Real Estate appraiser in 1992 making 2018 his 26th year of appraisal experience.
Mandy Barnhill
Mandy Barnhill is the Office Manager of EF Hucks and Associates. She has an Associates Degree from Eagle Summit, a Bible College accredited by Hillsong University in Australia. Mandy has over 10 years of customer service experience.
Anna Gore
Anna Gore is an Apprentice Appraiser
Anna has a B.S. Degree in Management from Clemson University.
Ben Woolcock
Ben Woolcock is a Real Estate Apprentice, working to become a Certified General Appraiser. He also assists the consulting team as a research and data analyst. Ben graduated from Coastal Carolina University in December of 2020 with a BS degree in Finance and a minor in Commercial and Investment Real Estate.
Greg Loder
Greg Loder was born and raised in North Royalton, Ohio. He attended University of South Carolina, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 1981, with majors in Real Estate Finance and Business Management. He has been appraising since 1983 and holds an appraisal license in Ohio and South Carolina.
Dave Curry
MAI, CCIM
David Curry is a commercial real estate appraiser/broker/consultant/investor with over 20 years of experience appraising in Horry and Georgetown Counties. David holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation and is a Past President of the South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition.
In addition to David’s experience as a real estate appraiser and in appraiser leadership, David is a licensed real estate broker, holds the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. This follows his service as an MLS Committee Member from 2014-2017.
