E. F Hucks & Associates has been serving Clients in the Grand Strand area since 1986. The Company started as a subsidiary of Loyola Federal Savings, becoming an independent Company in 1991. The Firm has grown to become the premier appraisal firm serving the Myrtle Beach Market. E. F. Hucks Consulting was formed later and offers additional Real Estate Services, including Trend Analyses, Market Studies and Development Consulting for our Clients. The Firm has seven Appraisers, a Real Estate Consultant, and support staff serving the three County Areas of Horry, Georgetown and Brunswick Counties.
