E. F. (Buddy) Hucks, is a Certified Geneal Appraiser in both South and North Carolina.

He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion

University in 1981. He has been appraising real estate in the Grand Strand area since 1986.

James McNeill, a member of the Appraisal Institute, MAI, & a Senior Residential Appraiser, SRA, has a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University. He holds appraisals licenses in both North and South Carolina, and has been a property appraiser for over 35 years.

Brant Branham, Certified General, has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of South Carolina. He has been active in the real estate industry since 1985, and is a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

Candyce Wylie, Certified General, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, majoring in Real Estate and Management. She has been an appraiser since 1986, and

is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute.

Piyus (PK) Patel, Licensed Appraiser, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of

South Carolina. He has been active in real estate sales and appraisals since 2001.

Beth Helms, Certified Residential, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University

in Business Administration. Prior to joining E. F. Hucks & Associates, she was an appraiser with the Horry County Assessor's Office.

Edward Kelley, Certified Residential, has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in

Business Administration. He has been active in real estate sales and appraisals since 1976.
